The Awards of Our Award-Winning African Honey
London Honey Awards 2026
First of all,, the London International Honey Awards is one of the most rigorous and prestigious honey competitions in the world. Every year, an international jury of professional tasters, scientists and experienced beekeepers blind-tastes hundreds of honeys from all over the globe.
Then, the jury scores each honey from 0 to 100 points according to strict criteria: enjoyment, appearance, aroma, texture and flavour. In addition, certified laboratory analyses (moisture content, HMF, pollen spectrum) verify the purity and authenticity of the honeys entered.

Global Honey Stars 2026
The Global Honey Stars bring together the winners of the biggest international honey competitions, including the Paris International Honey Awards and and the London International Honey Awards. This reference platform lists the honeys of excellence recognised around the world.
Our Shea and Tamarind honeys were both distinguished in the 2026 edition, confirming NYUKKI’s place among the world’s finest honey producers.
