How to prepare your Thé homme puissant bio

• Dosage: 1 teaspoon for a standard cup (250 ml), or 2 for a large mug (500 ml).
• Infusion: Pour boiling water (100 °C) directly over the herbal tea, then leave to infuse for 5 to 8 minutes.
• Tasting: Let it cool to the ideal temperature to enjoy all the flavours.
