NYUKKI: Single-Flower Honeys from Africa
Discover our authentic honeys, spices, teas and soaps from Africa’s finest terroirs.
What Africa has cherished for centuries, now yours to taste
NYUKKI is a French-Beninese house dedicated to exceptional products. Our African fine food shop showcases single-flower honeys from West Africa and Madagascar. Beyond our own hives, we work directly with beekeepers organised in cooperatives, to bring you raw, traceable honeys of rare purity. Every harvest is carried out with respect for people and ecosystems.

“Where I grew up, food and tradition were never separate. Both came from the same land: néré, tamarind, shea… These plants were part of my whole childhood, and their uses were passed down from generation to generation. But these same plants also set the rhythm of our ceremonies. In Benin, honey is more than a food: it is part of the dowry, it seals alliances, it marks life’s important moments. To give honey is to give something sacred. NYUKKI was born from this double truth: these honeys nourish the body, and they carry a soul. It was time for the world to discover them.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Why African honeys?
Africa is home to some of the last preserved beekeeping terroirs in the world. Its honeys, still little known in Europe, offer aromatic profiles you won’t find anywhere else, from the woody, spicy shea honey of Benin to the floral lychee honey of Madagascar.
Are your honeys pure and natural?
Absolutely. All our honeys are harvested by hand, with no additives, no preservatives and no pasteurisation. Their origin is fully traceable, from the hive to the jar.
How should I store my NYUKKI honeys?
Away from light and heat, in a dry place. Natural crystallisation is a sign of pure honey: it does not affect its quality. Shelf life: at least 2 years.
